Tranmere story
Hughie McAuley is an English former winger and coach, born in Liverpool. He developed at Liverpool and made his senior debut during a loan spell with Tranmere Rovers. McAuley later played for Plymouth Argyle, Charlton Athletic and Carlisle United. After playing, he returned to Liverpool in youth-development roles and helped coach several players who progressed to the club's first team.
